1 - I will do everything possible to make sure your order is delivered to you on time and in perfect condition, BUT I cannot work miracles. Some countries have a higher rate of non-delivery than other countries.

2 - Payments are due within 14 days of auction close. If you do not intend to pay, please do not bid. I post out almost every day, but occasionally I am away for a day or two.

3 - Shipping charges: Small lots (individual stamps, covers, postcards, etc) are typically shipped airmail for 2 Euros everywhere. For large lots, shipping charges could be higher, depending on weight, destination and method of shipment, please inquire. Multiple wins can be combined to reduce mailing costs. Stamps are used on all packaging.

4 - Registration: Shipping is at buyer´s risk. I can´t be responsible for lost/damaged shipments. Registered mailing is available for 6.50 Euros everywhere. Again, for large lots fees could be higher.

5 - Refunds policy: All items offered as genuine unless described "As is". Lots with description mistakes can also be returned. No lots can be returned because of faults that are mentioned or visible from the scan. Lots that contain many items (e.g. collections, accumulations, lots of 10 or more covers) are not returnable. Refund is in the amount of final bid.

6 - Payment is by PAYPAL (no extra charges), MONEYBOOKERS (no extra charges) OR CASH (EUROS, US DOLLARS - NO COINS PLEASE). CASH SENT AT YOUR OWN RISK).

Shipping and handling:

Shipping for all overseas items is E2.50 for normal airmail.

Stamps are used on all sendings.

If registered post is required the shipping is E7.50 (no stamps are used on the cover by law).

We combine as many lots as possible in the one shipping fee (usually ten small sets of stamps can be posted for the fee).
