Item description:

I am listing a bunch of local overprints applied on Soviet stamps in
1991-93 mainly. There are several catalogues that attempted
to classify these issues, but they are just as questionable as the stamps listed in them. MANY overprints were applied by local authorities,
philatelic societies, some were used for mail franking, but lots of
them were made privately, too.
To avoid misunderstanding, I choose to consider
all of them BOGUS, even when I know they are official local issues.
