Stamps from Tonga 1983 William Woon Printer set overprinted SPECIMEN. William Woon arrived by sailing ship in 1868 to Tonga where he set up a printing press and started printing newspapers and other printed matter for the island. The specimen stamps are self-adhesive with self-adhesive gutter label. Shows arrival of William Woon
